The Quad Phase II - York University Student Residences (Currently in Design)

Located on the south side of The Pond Road, Phase II of The Quad residence will feature two towers, eight and eleven stories respectively and includes for 480 unit, 732 bed student residence. The project is the second phase of a development by Campus Suites and will feature a host of student oriented amenities and retail opportunities in addition to the residential component.

The structural design features a flat-plate reinforced concrete construction founded on spread and strip footings. Wall columns are sized and located to optimise the student experience and to facilitate rapid construction techniques at minimal capital costs.
